- Connie Sutherland Added February 18, 2018★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆The lady that cut and coloured my hair was amazing, and she achieved the perfect colour that I was going after. The guy that washed my hair was very nice, and lovely. In fact everyone that works here are all very happy and create a positive environment.
Except for the manager. While i was there she yelled at two different employees in front of customers while they were cutting customers hair, which is very unprofessional. I turned a blind to that, until, while I was paying I noticed the tip jar that had a little sign - All tips go to juvenile diabetes - the manger than takes a handful of coins out of the 'tip' jar and comes back with packs of gum.
That's what made this salon express go from 5 stars to only 3. This manager needs to seriously reevaluate the way she managers this salon express. - Sue Stanley Added September 28, 2017★ ★ ★ ★ ★Value for money and so easy to just walk in when you want. Shane is awesome , the " Edward Scissor Hands " for hair. The staff are always helpful and you don't have to wait long. A lot of the hairdressers have won top awards so don't let the cost deceive you.
